Instructions to make Ice cream and Berry Parfait:
- Assemble your ingredients.
- Remove the cream from the oreos. Put the oreos and cookies in a cup and crush them finely. Thinly slice strawberries and raspberries in half.
- In a glass, put one scoop of ice cream at the bottom, pour some of the cookie mixture on top of the ice cream.
- Layer the 2 slices of cake on top followed by a few slices of strawberries (I stuffed lots of cake but you can opt to put more ice cream instead of cake depending on your preference)
- Layer another scoop of ice cream followed by the crushed oreo/cookies, raspberries then one last scoop of ice cream.
- Top with sprinkles and garnish with strawberries.
