  1. Add wheat flour in mixing bowl add salt,chilli powder, turmeric powder,carom seeds,2sp oil and mix and knead dough adding water.
  2. Wash and soak the dals for 1/2an hour,add turmeric powder and oil, pressure cook dal for 5 whistle.
  3. To cooked dal add chilli powder, jeera coriander powder,salt,curry leaves,raw peanuts, jaggery powder, chilli paste,ginger paste and mix it well and cook till boil.
  4. Make balls of dough and roll it and cut in square shape.
  5. To boiling dal add pieces of dough and chopped tomatoes cook it well.
  6. Now take bowl or serving plate add dal dhokli top with dates tamarind chutney and chopped onion, coriander leaves and ghee serve hot.
