- Wash and soak chanadal for 5 to 6 hours.
- After 6 hours grind it in a mixer jar. Do not add water.
- Transfer into bowl and add 1 chopped onion, jeera, haldi powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt mix all well.
- Heat oil in a pan make small pakodas and fry till it becomes golden brown colur and crispy.
- Now it's ready. Serves hot with chutney and tomato sauce. ๐
