- Soak Dal & Rice in water for 2 hours.
- Drain the water, add Rice & Dal to mixer jar. Add spinach, ginger, chillies and salt.
- Churn until nice smooth batter is achieved, add water as required.
- Heat your pan and pour 1/4 cup of batter. Drizzle some oil, place the lid and let it cook for 5-7 mins. Gradually you'll see the sides peeling from the pan.
- Flip and cook for another 2 minutes
- Healthy and delicious Pudla are ready, serve with your preferred chutney. You can sprinkle some Chaat masala or Magic masala to enhance the taste. Enjoy your healthy meal!
