- Get 1 cup yogurt
- Take 1 tbsp sugar

- Get 1/2 cup cilantro - chopped
- Prepare 1/4 cup mint - chopped
- Get 1 tbsp yogurt
- Prepare 1 tbsp roasted peanuts
- Prepare 1 green chili
- Get 1 tbsp lemon juice

- Prepare as needed Nylon Sev
- Prepare as required Chaat masala
- Take as per taste Red chilli powder
- Get as required Roasted and crushed cumin seeds

- Take as required Pomegranate seeds
To make palak pakoda chaat, dip each spinach leaf in the prepared batter and deep-fry in hot oil or till the bhajias turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.; Repeat with the remaining mixture to make more bhajias. - Heat up some oil in a saucepan and form small balls of the mixture.
- Once the oil is hot, fry the pakodas on medium flame until golden. Take the pakodas out on a plate lined with a napkin to absorb any excess oil.
- For chutney grind all the ingredients together and transfer to a bowl.
- In a small glass, make a layer of the sweet yogurt and garnish with coriander-mint chutney, tamarind chutney, chaat masala, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, pomegranate, sev, and boondi.
- Skewer two pakodas onto a small stick and place it in the glass. Serve immediately.
