- Cook till is dries and oil starts separate. Then add 2 cups water and close the lid. Cook on high flame till 2 whistles. Then cook for 10 mins on low flame. - - After than mash the daal Palak with help of wooden masher.
- Take oil in tadka pan add chopped garlic. Give tadka to saayi bhaji. Mix well. - - Saayi bhaji ready. Serve with rice, pulao or sweet rice.
