Steps to make Moong dal idli:
- Soak moong daal for 3-4 hrs
- Grind moong dal, green chilli and garlic together make a batter of poring consistency not too thin not thick
- Now add salt oil and turmeric powder to the batter mix it very well until it becomes fluffy
- Till then heat and grese the idli cooker at last add 1n half tbsp of fruit salt to the batter mix it well
- Pour it into idli cooker steam for 15 min.
- Then make a tadka add oil to the pan green chilli, seasame seeds, rai, curry leaves let's crackl them add idli
- Serve with any kind of chutney or tomato sauce
