- Soak sela rice for 2 hours, cook in boiling water with 2 green cardamom,2 badiyan ka phool, 3 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks and 1/2 tsp yellow food colour till full done, drain rice.
- In a pan add 1 kg sugar 2 green cardamom and half cup of water cook till thick sugar syrup is formed and sugar dissolve.
- Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a large pan add 4 green cardamom fry for 2 minutes now add sugar syrup, after 5 minutes add boiled yellow rice, cook for 10 to 15 minutes on high flam till syrup dries.
- Lastly add raisins, dried coconut, dried dates, asrafi (tutti fruti), almond, pistachio, Leave it on dum for 10 minutes, Mix before serving.. garnish with almond, pistachio, tutti fruiti and coloured chamcham…😋 - Enjoy..
