- Take 100 gm wheat flour

- Prepare 1 tsp jeera
- Take 2 tbsp oil for tadka
- Make ready 3-4 laung and 1 dry red chilli
- Take 1 tsp hing
- Take 2 tsp red chilli powder
- Take 1 tsp garam masala
- Get 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Prepare 1 tbsp Chopped coriander
- Make ready as required Chopped onion for garnishing
- Prepare as required Oil for frying

Instructions to make Sindhi Dal Pakwan:
- Boil all dals in cooker..take 3-4 cities..
- Other side prepare dough for Pakwan.. take wheat flour, maida and rava together..
- Add 2 tbsp ghee in it..add salt, kasuri methi, black pepper powder…. Mix it well add water as per need and make a tight dough.
- Give it rest for 20 minutes
- Now dals are boiled…in a pan take 2 tbsp oil,add jeera and hing in it.Add chopped tomatoes and onions in it.Saute for 2 minutes
- Add ginger garlic and chilli paste in it and saute it. Then add salt and garam masala powder in it.
- Add all boiled dals in that mixture and stir it well. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder, dhaniya jeera powder and salt to taste.Stir it well.
- Add lemon juice and tamarind pulp in it and stir it..keep on flame for 10 to 15 minutes.if you want add 1 tbsp jaggery.(optional)
- Let's make Pakwan….for that make medium size lua from it..and roll puri with the help of Roller and pin.Make little cuts in it as shown in the picture.
- Put kadai on gas flame..Pour oil for frying..when it heated put puri(Pakwan) in it. Fry it golden brown.
- Now dal and Pakwan both aur ready to serve…so take out in serving bowl and plate..
- Garnish it with chopped coriander and chopped onions..
