  1. Prepare 1 bundle Spinach
  2. Make ready 1/2 bundle Fenugreek leaves
  3. Make ready 1/4 cup coriander leaves
  4. Take 100 gm moong dal
  5. Get 3 tomatoes
  6. Make ready 1 inch ginger
  7. Take 2 green chillies
  8. Get 8-10 garlic clovesfor tempering
  9. Make ready To taste salt and red chilli powder
  10. Prepare 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  11. Take 3 tsp oil
  12. Make ready 2 onions

I use nigella and fenugreek seeds to add the onion-garlic Add the lentils and water and cook until done to preference. Fenugreek leaves are also called Methi leaves or Methi ke Patte in Hindi.   5. Temper it with 1spoon oil and finely chopped garlic. Serve it with onion pulav
