  6. Take another pan and add ghee and butter. Put mushrooms and saute.
  7. Let the paneer saute on grill for 5 7 mins. Take it on platter. In same pan add onions and capsicum and saute for 3 4 mins.
  8. Arrange the platter. And serve with mint chutney.
