  3. In a large pan, heat oil and add 1 tbsp cumin until it turns aromatic.
  4. Add 1 onion, green chillies, 2 tomatoes and saute until turns soft and onions turn golden brown.
  5. Add pressure cooked dal and mix well.
  6. Add 1 cup water and mix consistency as required.
  7. Now add 1/2 tbsp garam masala and 2 tbsp coriander powder,red chilli and mix well.
  8. Enjoy dal with rice.
