Instructions to make Dal Parantha:
- Take 200 gm wheat floor. Add 1/2 spoon salt, red chilli, mango powder, 1 chopped onion cooked dal. Mix well.
- Take some water if required, knead it nicely and apply 1 spoon oil on dough.
- Cover dough for 5 mins then take a medium size ball of dough and apply wheat floor and make a round Parantha.
- Apply oil a little then roll it again and again make round paratha.
- Now heat tawa on medium flame and cook by apllying oil both sides.
- Cook well on medium flame for 2 min approx. You can serve with fresh cream, yoghurt or desi ghee as per taste.
