  19. Prepare 1 tsp Ajwain
  20. Prepare as required Refined oil for frying

  1. For Chana, Heat oil in a pressure cooker, Add cumin seeds, Turmeric powder, Red chilli powder, Salt and add Soaked chanas…Mix well and add 1 glass water and pressure cook for 3-4 whistles until cooked.
  2. For suji halwa: Heat ghee in a kadhai.Add suji to it and Roast the suji till it become fragnant and leaves ghee.Now water to it and mix well….Add sugar and eliachi and chopped nuts.. Keep stirring the halwa till it leaves ghee..
  3. For Puris..Mix all the ingredients and knead a soft dough..Make small chapatis of dough and fry them deep in refined oil
  4. Kanjak Thali is ready
