  2. Then add finnely Chopped tomato,Ginger paste in the ghee. Add all the dry spices in it.. mix it well and fry for 10 min..
  3. Add the potato in the masala mix it well and add paneer also..sout it for 5 Min..
  4. Then add some water in it.cover the lid of pan and after 10 Min open the lid.ready your Aloo paneer sabji
  5. Take a big bowl add both the flour in it add some salt and oil in it mix the flour help whit palm and water make soft dough of flour.
  6. Keep it a side for 10 min.
  7. Take kadai heat the oil..and make small size puri with help of rolling pin..pour into the heated oil and fry for both sides..
  8. After 5 min your puri is ready to serve with hot Aloo paneer sabji and chilled curd..
