  15. Make ready 2 litre full fat milk
  16. Prepare 1/2 can milk made
  17. Take 200 gms sugar
  18. Get 1 tsp Cardmom powder
  19. Take as needed Mixed dry fruit
  20. Make ready as required Dried raisins
  21. Take strands Saffron
  22. Take 1/2 cup rice and 1tbsp sago soak it for 2 hrs

Steps to make Punjabi thali:
  1. To make kdhai masal
  2. Take a pan add black pepper 2-3 then add whole coriander seeds then cumin seeds and kashmir lal mirch 3-4 saute it dried until all the spices releases smell
  3. Then coarsely grind them keep it aside
  4. Take another pan add 2tbsp of ghee add cumin seeds, whole coriander seeds and chopped onion saute it for 2-3 minutes then add ginger garlic paste again saute it
  5. Now add tomato puree add all the spices and salt now saute it for 5-7 minute until puree releases the ghee
  6. Now take another pan add ghee 1tsp and cubes of capsicum, onion and paneer add kadhai masala 2-3 tbsp
  7. Now add these cubes of paneer and vegetables into gravy saute for 2-3 minute
  8. For punjabi kheer
  9. Take a deep pan add milk boil it for 45 min. Now add soaked rice and sago again boil it for 20 min.
  10. Check rice with finger if rice is cooked then add milk made,sugar and saffron strands boil it for 15 min
  11. Now add mixed dry fruits and cardmom powder
  12. Let it cool down and served chilled
