  2. Take 1 cup grated Scotch bonnet,pepper,onions and Garlic

  6. Get 1 Cup Chopped Peppers,green pepper and onions
  7. Get 1/2 Cup Sliced onion
  8. Take 1 Sachet Curry Powder
  9. Make ready 1 1/2 Cup Moringa leaves(Zogale)

Wash and rinse the Crushed rice and also the Moringa leaves respectively.After rinsing mix them together and set aside.Put your pot on fire and add a little water in it and find a that can go into the pot and cover the water in the pot with its cover without the water coming out of the pot cover.And then add the rinsed rice+Moringa slowly into the pot and close it for at least 10mins

After the rice has cooked for that time then you can pour it into a big bowl and then add the Groundnut oil and mix well followed by the Grated and Chopped and Sliced onions and also peppers and mix again then add the Seasoning,Curry powder and mix them them altogether until everything is incorporated
  3. After mixing them all.Put them back into the pot you cooked the rice recently and allow to cook well
