- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Prepare 1/8 tsp fenugreek seeds
- Take 1/8 tsp. Mustard seeds
- Prepare 1/4 tsp. Cumin seeds
- Prepare 1 tbsp jeggary
- Prepare 1 tbsp. Cream
- Take 1 pc. Cardamom
- Take 1/2 " cinnamon stick
- Take Few curry patta
- Make ready as required Coriander for garnishing in both curry and kadhi
- Get 1/2 cup rice
- Get as required Salt
- Take 1/2 tsp ghee
- Prepare 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- Prepare For Rose shrikhand :-
- Get 500 ml. Milk
- Get 1 tbsp lemon
- Make ready 4 tbsp icing sugar
- Prepare 1 tbsp cream
- Get 2 tbsp ruhafza sharbat
- Make ready 2-3 drops rose arc
- Make ready as required Rose petals and cherry for garnishing
- Make ready as needed Carrot flower and cucumber as a salad

Add ginger chilli paste salt kokum phool turmeric powder and sugar saute 2-3 mins. And add water. Cover the lid and make 2-3 whistles.Tasty mung is ready.
- Heat oil in cooker peel and cut black brinjal cut potato with skin into cubes.wash in a water. Now take in a cooker add 1tsp oil salt and turmeric powder.Add 1/2 glass water Cover the lid and make 2-3 whistle.After whistle open the lid add sugar grated ginger green chilli paste chopped tomato cumin corriender powder mix well and put on slow flame. Now heat 2 tbsp oil and add chopped spring onion asofoetida and add in a subji cook on slow flame. Tasty subji is ready.
- 1cup wheat flour add 2tbsp oil salt and knead a tight dough. Leave for 10 mins. Roll big not so thin or thick roti and cut with star cutter and fry.Puri is ready.
- Boil milk add lemon juice stir and when milk curdle take in a muslin cloth prepare hung curd strain all water and put in a freeze in cloth for 2-3 hrs.Now add icing sugar cream mix well add ruhafza sharbat rose according and rose petals cherry for garnishing.
- Take curd in a bowl mix ginger chilli baste besan salt beat well. Now add sugar and jeggary. 1/2glass water mix well. Cook on a flame and make tadka heat ghee fenugreek cumin mustard seeds crackle cardamom cinnamon and cloves asafoetida add curry patta and slited green chilli. Delicious kadhi is ready.
- Wash and Soak rice for 1/2 hr. Boil water add rice salt ghee and lemon juice. Steam rice is ready.
- Yummy delicious healthy lunch Gujarati thali is ready to serve garnish with coriander.Carrot flower and cucumber as salad.Serve with plain buttermilk roasted papad and water.
