- Get 2 cups Sago
- Take 2 tbsp Roasted peanut powder

- Prepare 4-5 Cloves
- Prepare 2-3 Cinnamons
- Make ready 1 cup Milk
- Make ready 1 cup Water
- Get 3/4 cup Sugar
- Get 6-7 strands Saffron
- Make ready 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
- Take 1/4 cup Chopped Almond

Instructions to make Falhari Thali:
- Rinse sago and remove it's excess water and soak it for minimum 2 hours.
- Heat oil / ghee in a kadhai add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, soaked sago, salt and roasted peanuts pwder mix it properly. Stir it for 2-3 minutes. You can sprinkle milk /curd/water on it for extra softness. Cover it for more 2-3 minutes. At last pour lemon juice, add grated coconut serve hot with curd.
- Heat oil and add peanuts in it. Stir it till it turns golden brown. Remove it from oil and sprinkle red chilli pwder and salt. Mix it well
- Clean sama rice, rinse with water and remove water from it.
- Heat ghee add cinnamon, cloves in it. Add sama rice and stir it for few minutes. When sama rice changes colour till light brown add hot milk and water and cook it. When it becomes thick add sugar, saffron strands (soaked in milk) cardamom pwder and chopped almonds. Again cook it for 4-5minutes.
