  1. Take For Sabudana khichdi.-
  2. Take 2 cups Sago
  3. Take 2 tbsp Roasted peanut powder
  4. Get As required Rock salt
  5. Get As needed Oil/ ghee
  6. Make ready 1 tsp Cumin seeds 1 t spn
  7. Take 2 Finely chopped Green chillies
  8. Prepare 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. Make ready 1 Lemon
  10. Take as needed Grated dry coconut

  12. Take 1 cup Peanuts
  13. Get As required Oil
  14. Prepare as needed Rock salt
  15. Make ready 1/2 tsp each Red chilli pwder / black pepper

  17. Get 1 cup Sama rice
  18. Prepare 2 tbsp Ghee
  19. Take 4-5 Cloves
  20. Take 2-3 Cinnamons
  21. Get 1 cup Milk
  22. Get 1 cup Water
  23. Make ready 3/4 cup Sugar
  24. Get 6-7 strands Saffron
  25. Take 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  26. Get 1/4 cup Chopped Almond

Instructions to make Falhari Thali:
  1. Rinse sago and remove it's excess water and soak it for minimum 2 hours.
  2. Heat oil / ghee in a kadhai add cumin seeds, chopped green chillies, soaked sago, salt and roasted peanuts pwder mix it properly. Stir it for 2-3 minutes. You can sprinkle milk /curd/water on it for extra softness. Cover it for more 2-3 minutes. At last pour lemon juice, add grated coconut serve hot with curd.
  3. Heat oil and add peanuts in it. Stir it till it turns golden brown. Remove it from oil and sprinkle red chilli pwder and salt. Mix it well
  4. Clean sama rice, rinse with water and remove water from it.
  5. Heat ghee add cinnamon, cloves in it. Add sama rice and stir it for few minutes. When sama rice changes colour till light brown add hot milk and water and cook it. When it becomes thick add sugar, saffron strands (soaked in milk) cardamom pwder and chopped almonds. Again cook it for 4-5minutes.
