- Ab ek bhagone me chawal dho ke dalenge aur usme agar do gilass chawal hai to teen gilass pani daal ke 1 chammach Namak aur 1 chammach ghee daal ke pakayenge
- Jab pani sukh jaye to anch dhimi kar denge aur bhagone ko dhak denge aur 5 minut tak pakayenge
- Ab alu ko chil ke kat lenge na jyada mote na jyada patle aur dho lenge
- Ek Kadhai ko garam karenge aur usme 2 chammach tel daal ke garam karenge aur usme 1 chammach Jeera daalenge fir pyaj daal denge aur halka brown hone par usme alu daal denge aur thoda fry hone ke baad usme 1 chammach haldi powder 1 chammach mirchi powder 1 chammach dhaniya powder 1/2 chammach garam masala aur namak swadanusar daal ke achche se mix karenge aur anch dhimi karke thoda pani daal ke pakayenge
