  1. Get 3 cup sunned rice
  2. Make ready 1 cup roasted moong daal
  3. Take 1 cup chana daal soaked
  4. Make ready 1 cup yellow peas daal soaked

  6. Make ready 1/2 pumpkin sliced
  7. Get 2 Potatoes sliced
  8. Get 3 pointed gourd sliced
  9. Prepare 1 tbsp ginger paste
  10. Prepare 2 tbsp cumin-coriander powder
  11. Prepare 2 tomato chopped
  12. Prepare 1 tsp red chilli Powder

  14. Take 1 bay leaf
  15. Make ready 1 red chilli
  16. Prepare To taste salt and sugar

Steps to make Bhog thali:
  1. Heat oil and fry the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside
  2. Now boil water in a pot,add all the dal
  3. Boil till it is half done,add salt and turmeric powder
  4. Add rice and boil till dal and till rice is soft
  5. Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole
  6. Add ginger paste and saute well
  7. Add red chilli Powder,salt, turmeric powder and tomato saute well
  8. Add cumin coriander powder and mix well
  9. Now pour this fried masala into the pot boiling daal and rice
  10. Mix well and add sugar and garam masala powder
  11. Serve it with fried vegetables
