Steps to make Bhog thali:
- Heat oil and fry the vegetables with salt and turmeric powder and keep aside
- Now boil water in a pot,add all the dal
- Boil till it is half done,add salt and turmeric powder
- Add rice and boil till dal and till rice is soft
- Heat oil and temper cumin seed bay leaf and red chilli whole
- Add ginger paste and saute well
- Add red chilli Powder,salt, turmeric powder and tomato saute well
- Add cumin coriander powder and mix well
- Now pour this fried masala into the pot boiling daal and rice
- Mix well and add sugar and garam masala powder
- Serve it with fried vegetables
