  19. Get 2 teaspoon tamarind juice

  3. Take a pressure cooker keep washed Tuvar dal and methi leaves close wait for 3 whisteles
  4. After that add salt,chillies in to the dal
  5. Heat a pan add ingredients for tempering add haldi,hing..coriander add pour cooked dal add the tamarind juice mix well boil it for 2 minutes
  6. The methi dal is ready to serve
