- Make ready 1 1/2 liters full cream milk
- Take 1/2 cup broken rice
- Prepare 3-4 cardamom powder
- Take 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits

- Make a fine paste of tomatoes ginger and green chilli
- Heat oil in deep pan and add tomato paste in it and cook for few minutes
- Add all the dry masala and cook till it leaves oil
- Cut the potatoes in cube and add in the masala
- Cook it for few minutes and then add sufficient water and salt
- Cook till the gravy is little thick
- Take it out in serving dish garnish it with chopper coriander
- Aloo matar gobhi
- Take a deep pan add oil and heat till smoky hot
- Add methi dana and then all the vegetables
- Add turmeric powder coriander powder and mix well and close it with lid
- When it is half done add garam masala and cook till all the vegetables are tender
- Add the kasoori methi and mix it well and off the gas and close the lid for few minutes
- Garnish it with chopped coriander before serving

- Add rice and cardamom and cook till the rice is done and milk reduces to half
- Dry roast the dry fruits and add in it
- Add sugar and cook till it mixes well
- Stir the kheer continuously
- When all the things come to combine properly close the gas and let it cool completely for better taste
