  6. Remove and keep aside add oil in the pan
  7. Temper cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle
  8. Add cauliflower florets and Potatoes saute well
  9. Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
  10. Cover it till it is soft
  11. Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder,mix well
  12. Add sugar and mix well
