- Knead a soft dough with flour salt sugar oil and water and rest
- Boil milk adding sugar and reduce
- Fry the vermicelli with ghee and add into the milk
- Add sugar and cashew-raisins and switch off
- Now heat oil and fry the veggies adding salt and turmeric powder
- Remove and keep aside add oil in the pan
- Temper cumin seed bay leaf and let it crackle
- Add cauliflower florets and Potatoes saute well
- Add ginger paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Cover it till it is soft
- Add tomato puree and red chilli Powder,mix well
- Add sugar and mix well
