- For palak PANEER cut and boil palak then make a puree
- In a pan put some oil add JEERA onion saute then add tomato saute add green puree put small pcs paneer and all ingredients then serve
- For chana take a frying pan fry onion then put of it flame then in a mixing jar add fried onion tomato and all ingredients
- Again in a pan put some oil fry ur paste then add chole and saute till it shown o from it then add required water and serve with rice or kulcha
- For DAL MAKHANI boil black whole dal such is soaked overnight
- In a pan put oil add garlic for frying put puree then DAL then all above ingredients cover and cook it untill it becomes soft
- Add water if required serve with naan or JEERA rice.
