  1. Get Garin masara
  2. Prepare leaves Moringa
  3. Prepare Red pepper, attaradu, onions
  4. Get Maggi,salt,crushed groundnut

Miyan Zogale (moringa soup) is another one of the popular Hausa soups. This soup is healthy because of the use of moringa leaves.. It should be completely green. it goes with tuwon shinkafa, alkama, amala, masara or dawa. It does not go with eba, pounded yam.

Steps to make Tuwon masara with moringa soup:
  1. Add water in a pot until it boil then start adding your garin masara bit by bit and be stiring it until it becomes thick then close it for some minutes.
  2. Wash the red pepper, onions,attarudu,cut and blend them.
  3. In a pot add palm oil, chopped onions and fry,add the blended ingredients and fry then add water, crushed groundnut and allow to boil,after some minutes add the moringa leaves and allow to cook,enjoy it's very delicious and healthy.

It should be completely green. it goes with tuwon shinkafa, alkama, amala, masara or dawa. It does not go with eba, pounded yam. U did justice to the subject.
