  6. Now add mashed potatoes, water, salt, red chilli powder and chania powder.
  7. Put 3 tomatoes into it cut into halves.
  8. Now give a boil to it.
  9. When tomatoes are cooked peel it and make a puree.
  10. Put the puree in to the wok and mix it.
  11. Cover it for another 5 to 10 mins.
  12. Now after 10 mins subzi is ready.garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
  13. Now make a balls of the dough.
  14. Then make the Roti.
  15. Put it on the pan and flip.
  16. Spread oil or ghee on both the sides of the parantha.
  17. Make brown and crispy.
  18. Serve it with Aloo subzi, sukhi Arbi subzi, Tamatar Hari mirch ki subzi and curd..
  19. I hv included bottle gourd subzi also.
