- Put 3 tomatoes into it cut into halves.
- Now give a boil to it.
- When tomatoes are cooked peel it and make a puree.
- Put the puree in to the wok and mix it.
- Cover it for another 5 to 10 mins.
- Now after 10 mins subzi is ready.garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
- Now make a balls of the dough.
- Then make the Roti.
- Put it on the pan and flip.
- Spread oil or ghee on both the sides of the parantha.
- Make brown and crispy.
- Serve it with Aloo subzi, sukhi Arbi subzi, Tamatar Hari mirch ki subzi and curd..
