  1. Take puri
  2. Take 1 bowl wheat flour
  3. Prepare 1/4 tsp rawa
  4. Take salt
  5. Get 1/4 tsp ajwain

  7. Make ready For halwa
  8. Take 1 bowl rawa
  9. Get 1 bowl sugar
  10. Get 1 bowl ghee
  11. Get 1 tsp elaichi powder
  12. Take 1/2 mix dry fruits
  13. Get 3 bowl water
  14. Make ready For Channa
  15. Make ready 1 bowl channa soaked overnight
  16. Make ready oil
  17. Make ready 1 tsp zeera
  18. Prepare to taste salt
  19. Make ready 1 tsp red chilly powder
  20. Get haldi
  21. Take 1 tsp garam masala

Instructions to make Bhog Thali:
  1. Puri: Mix all ingredients in mixing bowl except for oil to fry and make a dough, cover and keep aside for 5 to 10 min
  2. Now take dough and make small ball's and roll small puri and deep fry them
  3. #Halva. In pan add ghee when it melts add rawa and saute till it changes color or aroma Start's coming
  4. Add water and sugar and stir continue
  5. Add dry fruits and stir till it leaves ghee and leaves side of pan and done
  6. Channa. In cooker keep channa to boil till whistle of 4
  7. Now in pan add oil add zeera and add boiled channa saute 2 min
  8. Add dry masala, cover and cook till it leaves oil and done
