- Cover and steam for 15 minutes, then switch off the gas and remove the lid
- Take out the thali from the vessel and cut the dhokla into diamond shape pieces, take out the diamond shape pieces from the thali
- Now heat 1 tbsp oil for tadka, add rai, white sesame seeds, let them splutter, then add chopped green chillies and curry leaves, roast them for few seconds
