- Gently add in rice, and mix together properly, allow it cook till rice is tender and water all dried up
- Stir in mix veg in a frying pan with little veg oil and add salt and stock cube and turn off heat so you can have a crunchy mix veg then pour the mix into the jollof rice and stir
- Then remove from heat and serve with grilled chicken
