- Add crayfish,knorr cubes salt and pepper allow for 5 mins
- Add red oil allow for 4mins then u add your grinded ogbonor,Allow to boil together and draw then u add your already marinaded and steamed Crocker fish allow for 6 mins
- Add your ugu leaf and leave for two mins,stire and ready to serve.you can serve with either semovita or fufu
- Note your Crocker fish was steamed separately to avoid getting too soft
