  1. In a pan heat oil then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, urad dal saute few seconds add green chillies and curry leaves saute then add chopped onion. Cook untill the onion turns translucent. then add carrot and cabbage add salt and chilli powder.mix well add water and take a boil.
  2. When water is boiling add rice flour and turmeric powder. mix well that there has no lumps. stir continuously. When the mixture become thick and leave the pan, turn off the flame and transfer this mixture to another plate.let slightly cool it.
  3. Take a small portion of mixture give shape of tikki.put these tikkis in plate and take a microwave-safe bowl.add 1/4 cup water in the bowl keep these tikkis into idli mould place the mould into bowl.cover and steam in microwave for 5 minutes.oe you can steam these tikkis or take a wok add water.place a stand put a plate or net on stand put the tikki on the net cover and cook for 12-15 minutes on high flame.
  4. The rice flour tikki is ready to serve
