Instructions to make A pledge to my Country:
- Set all ingredients ready
- I have boil my rice as u can see,then place ur pan on heat,add oil,add onions and garlic fry for 2mins,then add Irish and keep frying,add water,then cover,allow to simmer for 3mins then add all other spices.when it's done,you set aside
- Divide the rice into 3 portions, then mix 2 portions together and add the food colour to it,mix well. Get ur pan and arrange the first layer of green rice then add the fried potatoes on it,add the white rice,and the potatoes on it too,then the last green.Get ur plate ready and turn the content of the pan gently and carefully onto the plate. Garnish with mint or coriander leaves. Serve with any chilled drink of choice. Enjoy ❤
