- Take bowl add maida make dough of it and keep aside for 15-20 mins.
- Take another bowl for veggies like cabbage, carrot, capcicum, ginger-garlic etc. Now add salt.
- Now take dough make small puri's shape of it and feel the veggies.
- Now take idli mold add water just preheat for 5 mins and take plates of mold grease it. Now put plates of momos and steam it.
- After 10-15 check the momos and take the plates from mold let it cool for a while then take out from plates.
- Serve it hot with schezwan chuney or tomato sauce.
