Combine the cubed chicken with the yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, ginger, salt, cumin, garam masala, and paprika and stir until well-coated.   3. Remove from pan and add onion - Add garlic and fresh ginger - Add tomato puree - Add cayanne pepper or shambo or paprika - Add chilli pepper powder - Add chilli flakes - Add maggi and continue to fry - Add blackpepper - Add coconut milk or yoghurt - Add the remaining marinade - Add the fried chicken - And cook on low fire

Heat ghee in a large heavy pot over medium heat. For the marinade: In a large bowl, mix together the marinade ingredients. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
