  1. Make ready 1 cup couscous
  2. Make ready 5 scotch bonnet(squashed)
  3. Get Half chopped green onion(lawashi)
  4. Get to taste Seasonings
  5. Prepare Spices(curry,thyme,garam masala)
  6. Make ready 3 eggs
  7. Make ready Oil for frying

  5. Beat 2 eggs nd dip the balls in eggs,nd dip fry in hot oil till nicely brown
  6. And we are done,serve warm
