  6. Remove d skin of d chicken and wash it. In a pan, add d chicken, ginger, garlic, maggi, salt, onion and water. Leave it to cook for 10mins.
  7. Fried the chicken with oil.
  8. In a pan pour d chicken, Scorch bonnet, sliced onion, maggi, garlic, curry powder, thyme and chicken stock. Stir it well and leave it to cook for 3mins.
  9. Served it with salad.

Sprinkle the chicken with the salt and pepper on both sides. Add the cubed chicken, salt, pepper and oregano. You can add in other seasoning you'd like here. Fully cook the chicken until the juices run dry. Cut the vegetables and chicken into bite sized pieces.
