The ingredients needed to make Til (Sesame) Mawa ladoos:
  1. Prepare Mawa -250gms
  2. Prepare 1 cup white Sesame seeds
  3. Get 1 cup Powdered sugar
  4. Prepare Cardamom powder1tsp
  5. Get 7-8 Pistachios for garnishing

Til Mawa Laddu / Khoya Sesame Seeds Ladoo. Dry roast the sesame seeds on low flame until light golden color. Grind the roasted sesame seeds into a coarse powder and keep it aside. Til is sesame seed and jaggery is unrefined cane sugar.

Instructions to make Til (Sesame) Mawa ladoos:
  1. Crumble mawa with hands.
  2. Heat a thick bottomed pan and roast sesame seeds on a low heat till they get pink in colour.
  3. Grind them in a mixer. Keep 1 tbsp til aside.
  4. Now roast mawa at a low heat stirring it regularly till it also becomes pink.
  5. Switch off the gas.When mawa comes to touchable temperature add til,sugar powder and cardamom pdr.
  6. Make balls (laddoos) with hands. Just wrap them with til seeds and garnish with pishta or cashews.
  7. Can be stored for one week only.
  8. Roasting of mawa and til should be on low heat.
