  3. Take 4 tbsp of butter (to go in the mashed potatoes)
  4. Prepare 4 piece of butter (to go on top of the pie before it goes in the oven)
  5. Make ready 1 large egg
  6. Get 1 ground meat filling
  7. Make ready ground beef filling
  8. Take 1 1/4 lb of ground beef
  9. Take 2 medium chopped onions(white, or yellow)
  10. Take 1 pinch salt
  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp black pepper
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  13. Take 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  14. Take 1/4 cup pine cone seeds (optional)

  10. Bake pie for 20-25mins or untill crumbs turn to a golden color (375degrees fh.)
  11. Ground beef filling: add a 1/4 of a cup of veg. Oil to a pan. Then add your two onions(chopped).
  12. After the onions are cooked, add the ground beef and a pinch of salt. Mix all together and then Cook mixture until the water from the ground beef evaporates.
  13. Add the rest of the spices (pepper+cinnamon) and your pine cone seeds(if using any) . Mix everything together. And put the mixture on the side for 5-10Mins to cool down.

Mix in a significant amount of vanilla extract to give the soufflé a remarkable sweetness. Pour half into a shallow baking dish (a deep dish pie plate is excellent)which has been greased with shortening. Scoop up the mashed potatoes in large spoonfulls and flatten into disks, and cover the batter, using all of the potatoes. Sprinkle the potatoes scallions, parsley, salt and pepper, and then the cheese. Carefully fold the egg whites into the potatoes until incorporated, do not overmix.
