  1. Get 400 gram chicken breast
  2. Make ready 100 gram hung curd
  3. Take 100 gram cream
  4. Take to taste Salt
  5. Make ready 1 tsp black pepper powder
  6. Prepare 1 tsp tanduri masala
  7. Take 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  6. Serve with your choice of sauce I preferred mint chutney
  7. Special tip if you want to make hung curd so take a cloth put curd on that and hang for 1 hour water will be separate from curd and your hung curd is ready
