- Take a bowl put wheat flour, salt to taste, oregano and baking soda and ghee make a soft dough like chapati dough, keep for rest for 20 minutes

- Now peel brinjle and tomatoes potatoes and mash all very well and mix together add 1 tsp mustard oil, salt to taste chopped, green chilly, chopped coriander leaves mix together your chokha is ready
- Now take a another bowl put roasted gram powder,1 tsp mustard oil and mango pickle masala, little salt, lemon juice, grated ginger green chilly, coriander leaves, take 1 tbs water and mix all together. This is the filling of litti
- Now make small small balls with wheat dough and spread 1 ball on your palm fill with filling that we made and again make ball with that make all like balls like that
- We can cook litti on fire and electric tandoor also I cooked on fire when littti comes in golden color it is ready to eat pour in pour ghee and serve with chokha
