  4. In a separate bowl add 3 egg whites and whisk it for about 5-7 mins adding sugar gradually untill soft peaks are formed.
  5. Mix the egg yolk mixture in the whites and fold them together.
  6. Apply butter on a pan and pipe out the mixture on a well-greased pan and cover and cook for 3-4 mins on both sides.
  7. Serve hot with some chocolate syrup and your favorite fruits.
