Put washed yam chunks in pot,add water same Level with yam,add other ingredients except green pepper, bring to boil,taste to adjust with salt,cook till soft and thick,to get more thickness,mash one yam chunk with a wooded spatula, allow to boil….put green pepper when its done,stir,cook for few secs,remove from heat,note:do nt cover when you add green pepper… Enjoy
