  3. Put water on fire and set to boil, in a bowl mix half of semolina to make a loose paste, turn into the boiling water and stir, reduce heat and allow to cook for 3 minutes then use the remaining powder and turn into a smooth thick paste.cover the pot and steam for 2 minutes the off the gas.
  4. Wrap in transparent nylon and serve hot with Miyan kuka.
