  1. Take 8 medium size potato
  2. Prepare Water
  3. Get Oil
  4. Prepare Salt
  5. Prepare Red chilli powder

Instructions to make Crispy potato chips:
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, thingy slice the potatoes.
  2. Soak the potatoes slice in water for 10 minutes, wash the potatoes after 10 minutes and wash them in another bowl filled with water.
  3. Add the washed potatoes slice into colander, add a pinch of salt and allow all water to drain out.
  4. When they're water free deep fry them in a medium heat oil until they're golden and crisp.
  5. Remove the chips from oil and drain off excess oil.
  6. Add salt and red chilli powder when they're still hot. Serve!
