  1. Make ready 1 1/2 cup soaked rice
  2. Take 1/2 cup soaked split skinless black gram (urad daal)
  3. Take 1/4 tsp. Soaked Fenugreek seeds
  4. Get as required Butter
  5. Get as required Water as required
  6. Get as per taste Salt

Instructions to make Benne dosa:
  1. Grind rice, urad dal and Fenugreek seeds and make a fine paste by adding 1/2 cup water. And let this allow to ferment overnight.
  2. Add salt and water as required in the batter, heat up pan and make thick round dosa add 1tsp. butter in the middle and cook from both the sides
  3. Serve with chutney and sambhar.
